My Story
I feel like it goes without saying but I'm Cathy from Cathy Coleman Cakes. I'm 27 years old and I'm based in Monaghan Ireland. I started baking when I was 16 and I have been practicing and experimenting ever since.

After finishing my 4-year degree in model making, design, and digital effect, I opened my own cake studio designing and producing bespoke wedding cakes, occasion cake, cupcakes, and sculpted cakes and I've been loving every minute of it!

Running a solo business isn't easy but I love what I do and you guys are what keeps me going, so thank you x
